John Davies, Chairman, Founder, President and CEO

John founded MailSite in Silicon Valley in 1995 and as Chairman, President and CEO has grown the company into a world-recognized leader in scalable internet messaging software. Before founding MailSite, John spent more than 15 years in various management roles in Silicon Valley technology companies including ROLM, Rugged Digital and Cooperative Solutions. John has extensive experience in IT management, product management, software development, sales, support and professional services. John graduated from the University of Manchester, UK, with double first BSc and BEng degrees in engineering and business in 1982. John served on the advisory board of the Software Development Forum in Silicon Valley and is active in several entrepreneurial organizations in Silicon Valley.

Ron Pritchard, Director of Sales

Ron has sales and management experience building award winning direct sales teams, channel sales organizations and business development teams. He has successfully owned a Data Communication solutions focused VAR and developed a Direct Sales Team for iBeam Broadcasting. He built a successful channel and direct sales organization at Avocent providing HW/SW solutions for Data Center Management solutions. Ron’s key focus is on driving revenue, operational support processes and go-to-market strategies. Ron is focused on execution, sales performance, achieving revenue and company goals. Company experience includes Internet Technology Start-up to Acquisition, Start-up to IPO and Publicly Traded Companies.

Sam Nissim, Board Member

Sam Nissim chairman of Nissim and Associates (NA). Formed in 1984, NA’s primary activities involve incubation of high technologies. NA activities include forming entrepreneurial / intrapreneurial science and technology incubation and innovation parks, campuses and centers in the USA and UK and consulting services for nurturing, mentoring, assisting and supporting entrepreneurs to progress their vision to reality. Sam was educated as an engineer and directed R&D activities for several substantial US corporations before becoming an entrepreneur. As a pioneer in semiconductor technologies in Silicon Valley California, since the 1960's, Sam founded or co-founded a number of companies with leading high technology positions in their sectors, including Electronic Arrays, Inc., Monolithic Memories, Inc. and, in Singapore, Electronic Arrays (PTE) Limited. Sam was an active participant and innovator in the affairs of the American Federation of Information Processing Societies (AFIPS) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). He is the holder of several patents. Sam received a Bachelor of Science degree from London University with First Class Honors.

Mark Lawson. Board Member and Investor

Mark Lawson has worked in the real estate sector for 22 years, including managing offices in some of London's premier real estate companies. Having started his first London real estate business at the age of 24 Mark went on to start several other property companies. A serial entrepreneur, having sold his last real estate business Mark is now concentrating on managing his investments and a property portfolio which includes various residential developments and commercial investments.

Bud Michael, Advisory Board Member

Bud Michael is an entrepreneur with a passion for mapping strategy with execution and delivering results by creating and leading exceptionally talented, performance driven teams. Having twice been CEO for early stage venture capital backed software companies raising over $20M in venture investment. He has expertise in marketing, sales and business development where he has consistently found and built new, high-growth markets resulting in dramatic growth in share holder value.
