MailSite Support Subscriptions
 

All MailSite Fusion licenses are sold on an annual subscription basis that provides the customer with the right to use the software during the term.  MailSite SE (except for SE 10 and 20 products) and LE customers are entitled to 8x5 Technical Support and major & minor software upgrades which are included in the Subscription License at no additional cost.  A separate MailSite Support Subscription is available for MailSite Fusion SE 10 and SE 20 customers. Your sales representative can provide you with more information on support options.

MailSite SP customers are entitled to 24x7 support along with minor and major sofware upgrades.

**** Anti-Spam and Anti-Virus Technical Support is included for software problems. Automated updates to Anti-Virus and Anti-Spam filters are covered by separate subscription services.
