Enigma Health enables online prescriptions for UK pharmacies using Rockliffe email server technology

Online prescription renewal service uses Rockliffe MailSite email server

Campbell, CA -March 29, 2004 - Rockliffe, Inc., a developer of email server and secure email software for enterprises, service providers and small businesses, today announced that Enigma Health plc has embedded Rockliffe MailSite email server technology into Scriptserve, a secure online service for patients to re-order prescription medicines from their local pharmacy. Scriptserve is part of the Nexphase Pharmacy Business System that enables pharmacists to connect directly with patients via the Internet.

Nexphase is the replacement for Mediphase, the leading Pharmacy Business System used by 4,000 UK pharmacies to dispense medication to their patients and accurately claim reimbursement from the National Health Service. The long awaited Nexphase includes Scriptserve, a secure online service for patients to re-order prescription medicines from their local pharmacy. Underlying Scriptserve is the powerful MailSite email server engine which safely and securely delivers renewal request messages from patient to pharmacy and then logs the request into the Nexphase patient database.
